In terms of service the owner of the site, business or service can prescribe all the terms and conditions in order to avoid possible problems with the consumer if he is dissatisfied with something. And if you sell 18+ products, you can also set up age confirmation by users when they open a store. Such an agreement will be legally binding only if the user accepts it. Here's how to set it up in your telegram store.
Open the Botstore control panel.
Go to the General Settings and select the Access mode.
Select if you want to require acceptance of terms of service. If you choose yes, then users will have to accept it to start using the telegram store.
Enter the Text of the terms of service and click Save. If you make changes to the terms of service later, clients will have to accept them again.
If the user refuses to accept the terms, he will not be able to use the store.
